Service Description

After we had a few clients asking us after the tours how they can support Natikari and contribute to projects you can now easily do so by credit card payment. How it works: Just select the service and you can leave a contribution in 100MXN increments (around 5USD). It works in the same way like booking a tour. Just select a time to get to the next screen. If you want to leave 200 MXN, select "2" in the drop down menu for "number of participants" and so on. On the right side you can check the total before checkout. Please leave us a message, so we know what the money is for! This is the easiest work around I could come up with for the moment :) Thank you for your support! Katja

Cancellation Policy

48 hours or more before start of the service: - Full refund of the tour costs. - We do not refund additional charges, such as credit card or PayPal fees. You can rebook your tour to a different day or time free of charge. This is subject to availability. 48 hours to 24 hours before start of the service - 50% refund of the tour costs, or - a voucher over 70% of the tour costs, which you or someone else can use to book a tour with us. - We do not refund additional charges, such as credit card or PayPal fees. Rebooking your tour with your voucher is subject to availability. Less than 24 hours before start of the service or no shows - No refund
