Birding Tour

Service Description

Natikari is home to over 120 bird species and the best spot near Sayulita to go birdwatching in peace and quiet. We only offer guided tours at Rancho Verde, so you can be assured there won't be any disturbances. It doesn't matter if you are an experienced birder or never held a pair of binoculars before, you will be amazed by the diversity of birds waiting for you to be admired. We are starting our tour at the gas station in the entrance of Sayulita to walk up to the sanctuary and start birding along the way. Once we arrive we will continue birding around the ranch. We have a wide open space up there making it easy to spot out winged residents. If you are new to birding, I will take the time to get you comfortable with using binoculars, which I can provide as well. If you are after certain species to add to your list, let me know and I will try and find them for you! The tour lasts around 3 hours and I can provide binoculars for 4 people. If you have your own gear I can accommodate bigger groups. Contact me if you would like transportation from and to Sayulita and snacks. For guests who have difficulties walking longer distances this is a great option. For casual birders I start the tour at 8am and for keen birders we can start at sunrise. There is also the option for afternoon or sunset birding.

48 hours or more before start of the service: - Full refund of the tour costs. - We do not refund additional charges, such as credit card or PayPal fees. You can rebook your tour to a different day or time free of charge. This is subject to availability. Less than 48 hours before start of the service or no shows - No refund
